Miss Miley's ascension to stardom has been years in the making. But was only solidified when she lobbed off her luscious locks, became a suicide blonde and wore scantily clad clothing. She has topped off her physical transformation with an amazing vintage wardrobe, most notably her Chanel collection of jewelry. There are many more spots and articles to come of one of my 'IT' girls of 2013! Countdown with couture and the most fashionable icons and their style of 2013 with theCIRCEeffect.com!
Below we are entranced with the many ways Miss Miley wears her Chanel Vintage Logo Letters Necklace.
In the image on the left, we see her rocking her Vintage Chanel Choker with some Prada Metallic Leather Cutout Platform Sandals, Chanel Vintage Quilted Bag, Maison Martin Margiela Leather T-shirt, and a pair of cut-off shorts to boot! On the right of the image we have a shorter heel by Saint Laurent, the Paloma Metallic Leather & Suede Ankle Strap Sandal. But Miley 'Can't Stop' with just one vintage Chanel piece, she wears a Vintage Chanel gold and black leather draping belt.
Here Miss M, is wearing the Chanel Vintage Logo Letters Necklace at the Clevelander South Beach in Miami on June 28, 2013 at the Y100 Mack-A-Poolooza party. But there is nothing better to pop gold on fair skin than a Black Vintage Alaia Romper, Large Chanel Vintage Perfume Bottle Earrings, and a Vintage Chanel Chain and Leather Charm Bracelet dangling from her right wrist.
Any items referenced in the blogs are available for sale! So if Miley Cyrus is your fashion ideal, than you better act quick. Anything she wears is gold!
This year, Miss Miley Cyrus was the Queen Bee of 2013 Maxim's Hot 100 List. And no, that is not why she is considered one of Circe's most respected fashion icons. In the eyes of the general public, Miley's antics and outfits (or lack there of) were described as crude, raunchy, and pathetic. But it is her laissez-faire attitude towards others opinions of her that make us respect her as an artist, a person, and a fashion icon. Who can be known to the public as a G-rated television sensation one day, chop her 24K extensions off, twerk in a unicorn suit, and hit a high note of sexuality in such a short time frame? Only Miley Cyrus had the chops to take this bold risk.
Whether it is her street style, night out looks, performance ensembles or after party get-ups, Miss M. has it going on!
Gracing the covers of Rolling Stones and V Magazine, Miley Cyrus shows us who she is, and what direction she is taking her fashion- to the edge.
Both our picks of this year's fashion icons, Miss Miley Cyrus and model Cara Delevingne present a similar face to the world. They do what they want, wear what they want and say what they want. Marilyn Monroe could not have summed up these trendsetters perceived attitudes in a better quote, "Nothing lasts forever, so live it up, drink it down, laugh it off, avoid the bullshit, take chances & never have regrets, because at one point everything you did was exactly what you wanted."
Cara Delevingne has such a casual street style and playful attitude, that it is hard to imagine her as serious and sexy. But whether the occasion be a La Perla photo shoot or a strutting down the Victoria's Secret runway, Cara Delevingne can change face and get her sexy on.
Cara Delevingne's street style attire sells out instantly! She wears clothing that is comfortable and affordable for the average fashionista. Her choice of clothing, hats and accessories make her relateable.
From left to right, Cara is rocking a Local Heroes 'Bad Hair Day' Beanie, a Brian Lichtenberg Red Bucci Tank Top, and a Brian Lichtenberg 'Homies' Beanie in White with Black Embroidery.
From top left to right, bottom left to right, Cara rocks the Local Heroes 'Whatever' Beanie, and a Local Heroes 'WTF' (Where's the food) T-Shirt. At the top right, Cara has a grey/black McQ Alexander Mcqueen Swallow Sweatshirt, paired with Spring/Summer 2014 Chanel Flip-up Shdaes, and a 'High Brow' Beanie. In the bottom left, Cara is wearing the infamous 'Ain't No Wifey' tank top by Dimepiece. On the left Cara rocks another Brian Lichtenberg 'Homies' Beanie and Tank to match!
These are a few of my favorite street style looks from Cara. Let's be honest, with long hair sometimes you wake up and just don't feel like styling it. And Cara has figured out the cure-all for bad hair, a beanie. The fashionable way to avoid bad hair and keep your head warm-- I'm on board!
Both Miley and Cara have polar opposite looks: Miley, fierce and sexual, and Cara outrageous and playful. But these lucky ladies have caught our eye as our Fashion Icons of 2013! Cannot wait to see what these lovely ladies bring us in 2014!

Fashion designer Boom Sason's success is the culmination of years of global fashion study and the results are nothing short of divine perfection. Since her debut collection, Boom has consistently impressed fashionistas everywhere by continuously showcasing ready-to-wear collections and bespoke pieces that encompass timeless style and embody the strength and femininity of the modern woman.
All of the items in her collection possess a universal wearability. Even the most waifish model and curvaceous bombshell can both envision themselves in and wear Boom's designs with the same sense of style and ease.
She takes classic dress design elements such as a slit, a train and puffed sleeves and uses these elements to create a new classic and a new standard for dress design.
Her unconventional use of leatherette has generated new wardrobe essentials, and must haves, such as the bralette, shorts and leggings.
Most impressively, Boom has created styles that are distinctly hers. Most notably is the sleeveless sweetheart neckline with a scandalously deep V, curve hugging silhouette and high low hem. (One of my personal favorites!)
I find myself flipping through images of her bespoke pieces with amazement. Monochromatic pallets dominate her color scheme with the occasional pop of jewel tones, red, pink, emerald green. There is an edgy minimalist polish I am drawn to. Her designs are sexy without being vulgar and they caress a woman's figure as if each piece was an extension of the wearer.
It is Boom's meticulous attention to detail, knowledge of what best flatters the female figure and clear vision for herself and her line that place her above the competition and in a league of her own. Whether you are looking for a simple yet sexy outfit for a night out or a killer red carpet ensemble, Boom Sason is the ultimate go to designer.
Keep your eye out and on us for more updates about Boom Sason's fashion. This girl has got what it takes to hit the global market hard with her booming designs!
With little sis Kendall Jenner making 2013 American Music Award Best Dressed list in her white Keepsake top and skirt ensemble, older sister Kim Kardashian makes a debut in fiance Kanye West's "Bound 2" music video. I would comment on her outfit, but it seems Kim Kardashian is going back to her roots and misdeeds of 'no clothes' for notoriety. I would have to say there was more class in her sex tape, that propelled her to fame, with rapper and former lover Ray J.
First Kanye West fails at a wardrobe makeover, dressing Miss Kim K. like now Australian Fashion Director Christine Centenera, in ill-fitting clothes meant for a less curvacious figure. Since a fashion makeover didn't work out, new parents Kim and Kanye embraced the motto less is more in "Bound 2" Music Video. Kim Kardashian was once a self-proclaimed fashion icon. But now she is on a one way road to doomsday rather than a payday. Save your dollar bills Kim, it looks like your comeback to Yeezus days are over.
Miley Cyrus stunned in a white Versus by Versace Blazer With Safety Pin Detail and matching pant combo, matched with Saint Laurent Classic Pointed Toe Pumps of course. Simple, classy, chic. Until her CAT-astrophe of her hit single Wrecking Ball- which is what was needed to be taken to her Markus Lupfer kitten get-up. If her onstage ensemble wasn't bad enough, the crying, singing, sad cat on the back screen was plain disturbing. Just no.
Nicole Richie rocked her own House of Harlow 1960 Jude Snake Clutch With Gunmetal Fringe to accompany her cut-out Emilio Pucci floor length white, tank dress. I think if she moves the wrong way there may be a serious plumber's crack issue. But all in all, this look was flawless!
Kendall Jenner looks great in anything- she is a model after all, with legs for days. For the 2013 AMA's she choose to keep her outfit simple and affordable, for other teens out there emulating her style. She wore an off-white Keepsake corset top and white Keepsake skirt, matched with a Dylanlex Falkor Necklace, and Manolo Blahnik shoes. Looking for her Keepsake outfit as I write. Cannot wait to add it to my closet!
And last, but certainly not least, Taylor Swift. If she ever runs out of boyfriends and flings to write about, I am sure this beauty would be an instant Victoria's Secret Angel! It might taint her 'G' image, but sometimes you have to change things up, look at Miss. Miley! This blonde bombshell looked like a golden goddess in her Julien Macdonald Fall 2013 Gold Strapless Cut-Out Dress and metallic Jimmy Choo Madison Strappy Sandals. Watch out Angels!
It looks like these Saint Laurent Ranger Studded Boots below have sold out worldwide...
Didn't anyone tell you, it's best to go all in. Because it looks like the more expensive studded version is all sold out. And once you are spending over 1K you might as well go all the way, and get the shoe you dream about. Life is never about settling.
...but the Saint Laurent Studded Leather Ankle Boots boot retailing for less are still sitting around, and have starting going on sale on a select few websites.
It wouldn't be a Miley Cyrus Performance without her notable tweaking. And we saw a glimpse of the sworn non-twerker, twerking at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Amsterdam, November 10, 2013.
She rocked the red carpet in a 'Please Stop Violence' dress and Tom Ford boots. Accessorizing her frock with her iconic Vintage Chanel Rhinestone Choker with CC, Jennifer Fisher Jewelry's Large Gothic Letter necklace, and a single Delfina Delettrez Red Lips and Pearl Earring, and Tom Ford Black and White Checkered Thigh High Boots from Fall 2013.
If you look at the images of the Princess of Pop, there is a sparkle missing in her eyes and posture. Is a certain Miss M missing a flop of an actor? Don't worry M, just keep doing your thing. We appreciate you, even if he does not.
The galactic theme was definitely an out of world experience. I wasn't aware Europe had a thing for 80's Star Wars bars and space aliens. I would rather go on a road trip with the Kardashians to Area 51 then be subjected to people dancing while wearing yet another inanimate object. Miss Miley has so much talent performing live, but it is frequently overshadowed by theatrical onstage disasters.
I much prefer the simplicity of her EMA "Wrecking Ball" performance. A lot can be said for a 'less is more approach' to performing. As for her vocals at the EMAs, they were pitch perfect. Miley's "We Can't Stop" onstage outfit was akin to the silver MTV Moonman she enjoyed licking after the 2013 VMAs. To put it simply, it was strange. Her white leotard paired with Vintage Chanel Rhinestone Choker with CC and Vintage Chanel Large Gold Chain Belt with Swarovski Crystals, was a much more attractive look. Although, I did fear she might have a south of the border lip slip.
Rihanna gets down and dirty in her "Pour it Up (Explicit)" music video. Dripping in diamonds and decked out in Chanel, Riri goes all out wearing close to nothing (a now notable Miley-esque trademark). And begins twerking in her gold chair while her dancer's are twerking and splashing around in water (a former Miley-esque trademark). But after the 2013 VMA's, Miley put her twerking ways to rest.
Both ladies go hard when it comes to Vintage Chanel. But the "Pour It Up (Explicit)" music video features some of my favorite Vintage Chanel seen on Linda Evangelista, especially the multiple layers of Vintage Chanel belts, and chain necklace.
Luckily my favorite belt, with gold dripping chains around it, I have in stock. So don't be shy, if you want it, come and get it.
Is Riri trying to emulate Miley Cyrus' dance moves and lack of clothing? One thing is for sure, the choice in outfits were amazing.
But the choreography of the video was not up to par. It was like a moment at a strip club on repeat. It evoked no emotion. Just lavish jewels and gems-- which I am never opposed to seeing. I just expected more from such a talented lady.

The Chanel Open Front Chain Embellished Boots as seen on the Fall/Winter 2013/2014 Chanel Runway are taking the world by storm and are heating up the streets. Every blogger, celebrity, and major fashionista has been seen in them or parts of them. Blogger Kristina Bazan (@Kayture) is seen in her article "Chanel Chain Boots in NY" looking divine in her boots sans leather gaiters. Accessorizing with an Hermes Solid Silver Collier de Chien, a black Hermes Kelly handbag, and a simple outfit to offset her high end pieces. Her experience did mirror mine as the boots were not the easiest to get into at first. But that is not going to stop anyone from buying these iconic boots. Below are images of the Swiss Blogger in her dazzling duds.
or nearly naked Miley Cyrus style.
Celebrities can not get enough of these boots! They have been modeled on Hailee Steinfeld for the November 2013 US issue of Marie Claire, also seen on Anna Dello Russo and Leigh Lezark. Unlike stores and boutiques Circe will sell the leather gaiters separately. Whether you need the boots, boots and gaiters, or just the gaiters, Circe can help! Move over lines and waiting lists. Circe has you covered!

For many of those who didn't attend fashion week, these are the best of the best accessories to acquire. Not much to be said for runway accessories for the upcoming 2014 Spring/Summer collection. Chanel brought back the 90s in full force. And was a complete hit. Saint Laurent, however, stayed on the straight and narrow, except for the below drool-worthy 'YSL' logo cuff. After Celine's hot streak with their ID Chain Chokers and ID Chain Bracelets (that were reproduced for multiple seasons), I was expecting a bit more than a paint enema on fabric, parading down the runway. If there was ever a time to close your eyes it was during the Celine fashion show. Below are this and next seasons hits. And if you care to see the accessory misses, Style.com is full of them.
