Best Accesorries for 2013-2014: 90's Inspired, Spring Into Color

After Celine's hot streak with their ID Chain Chokers and ID Chain Bracelets (that were reproduced for multiple seasons), I was expecting a bit more than a paint enema on fabric, parading down the runway.
